The Deronda Residence is an interesting architecture not just because of its uncommon rectangular design but mainly because of its unique location which is just under the shadow of the humongous “Hollywood” sign.

Boasting its wide scenic views, the residence is composed of two main rectangular volumes, shifted off-axis from each other.

The living area of the house is situated on the ridge of the site which is designed to have extensions for the purpose of entertaining and socialization. The dining and kitchen areas are connected by sliding glass panels, has floor to ceiling windows and Venetian plaster treated walls for a more contemporary and luxurious feel.

Located at the exterior of the house is a small garage, clean landscape and a pool overlooking the cityscape at night. The residence location might be uncommon to some, but in the end, it breathed only eccentricity, beauty and endless possibility.
