Venetian plaster treated walls, clean modern lines, oceanfront themed and easy maintenance are the main requirements for designing this Zig-Zag House by Dan Brunn Architecture. Spacious and simple, the house has five bedrooms, a kitchenette and a huge garage fit for a boat or a trailer. Each floor has a terrace for the purpose of viewing the beautiful ocean and city lights at night. The house is dynamic with its zig-zag terraces, rythmic window patterns and a space for an art studio and roof deck requested by its owners. Its floor-to-ceiling glass windows bring the natural light inside the house and creates an illusion of more space.
